How many sessions will I need and what are the sessions like

Most people start to notice changes after around 3 to 4 sessions. Your first session is 90 minutes, with 50 minute follow ups. Many clients start with 4 to 6 sessions, then we review together and decide what feels right going forward.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person sessions

Yes. Online sessions can be just as effective as in person sessions. We meet on a secure platform and the session is still private, supportive, and personal. Many clients prefer online because it is convenient and you can stay in the comfort of your own space.
